Position of Test Piece

• The effective surface of the test piece is placed at an angle of 15 to 30 degrees from the vertical line or in a direction parallel to the main flow direction of the spray when viewed from above.
• If the test piece is a product, test it in its product state.

Test Piece Cleaning Method Before the Test

• Immerse it in a suitable solvent such as acetone, alcohol, or methyl ether, or clean it with a clean and soft cloth, cotton wool or sponge.

Test Piece Cleaning Method After the Test

• Wash it with flowing water at 38℃ or below, and dry it. If necessary, brush it and remove corrosion products to observe the degree of corrosion of the metal.
